This class will allow you to dive deeper into the pose as we are moving in a slower pace. All rounded supportive alignments class encourages an awareness of the link between the body and the mind. Moving pace is cultivated for practitioners to explore their practice of strength and flexibility as well as introducing you into all other benefits of yoga. Beginners to all levels.
